As a Server Assistant, you'll play an essential role in the success of every shift by supporting our servers, maintaining the dining room, delivering food with accuracy, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, seamless service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the restaurant industry and grow within our company.
What You'll Do
- Support servers throughout service
- Deliver food promptly and accurately
- Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently
- Refill waters and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room
- Complete opening and closing side work
- Work alongside servers, bartenders, hosts, and managers to ensure smooth, efficient service
