What You’ll Do
- Coordinate permitting activities, track approvals, and communicate permit status to project teams.
- Maintain project drawings and documentation to ensure teams are always working from the latest information.
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents by organizing project workbooks and construction documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and help ensure work is completed and ready for owner billing.
- Assist with vendor coordination, owner-required reporting, and project communications.
- Coordinate plan printing, shipping, and field support materials for active projects.
- Collaborate with the Estimator during preconstruction by providing bid support and subcontractor onboarding.
- Maintain organized project records and support successful project closeout.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams to keep projects moving on schedule.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional office environment; construction or related-industry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating documents and schedules.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn construction management software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.
- Strong customer service mindset and collaborative approach.
- Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on market and individual performance; reviewed annually)
