What You’ll Do
As a CTS Laborer, you’ll:
- Work on a commercial flat roof.
- Assist installing rooftop solar.
- Load or unload building materials to be used.
- Tend to equipment and machines used.
- Help craft workers with their duties.
- Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have general construction labor experience.
- Expected to be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and other field employees.
- Must be able to perform general physical activities common to the construction trade.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Committed to safety.
- Committed to being drug free.
- Valid driver’s license with transportation.
