What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Red Dynamics, Inc?
The Role:
The Electrical Controls/Design Engineer designs, develops, tests, and oversees the implementation of electrical control systems, equipment, and machinery to provide the best product and/or system solution for our customers’ needs.
While supporting both our onsite staff and field representatives with technical documentation, training, troubleshooting, and custom integration solutions.
Applying efficient OEM manufacturing techniques, safety protocols, and keeping in accordance with both industry standards and regulations such as NEC, UL, CSA, NFPA, and OSHA. Additionally, the position will support both standard and custom work order processing by working across the organization to translate customer specifications into internal manufacturing requirements.
Using CAD, ERP, and internal configuration software to document submittals, shop drawings and Bills of Material.

Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or Engineering Technology, with a concentration in electrical, controls, and/or electromechanical disciplines, or Associate (AAS) with 2 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience with industrial electric controls, design, and logic in lieu of degree
