Description

About RedDOT Corporation

RedDOT Corporation, a 100% employee-owned company since 2000, is a global leader in thermal management solutions for some of the world’s most demanding environments. Founded in Seattle in 1965, we’ve evolved into a dynamic, multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization with operations across the U.S. and India. Our products keep people and equipment performing at their best, wherever the job takes them.

At RedDOT, our success is powered by our people. We take pride in our legacy of performance, durability, and integrity - and in fostering a culture where every employee is valued like family. As a growing, employee-owned company, we’re investing in innovation, operational excellence, and our teams to shape the next chapter of RedDOT’s story.

With strong momentum - improved quality, EBITDA growth, share price expansion, and reduced turnover - we’re transforming how we work, sharpening execution, and accelerating growth through both organic initiatives and strategic M&A.

The Opportunity

The Director, Program Management Office (PMO) will establish and lead a unified, enterprise-wide PMO that connects Manufacturing, Engineering, ERP/Systems, Operations, and M&A initiatives. This high-impact, cross-functional leadership role bridges strategy and execution - helping RedDOT scale efficiently, integrate acquisitions seamlessly, deliver technology transformations, and strengthen operational discipline.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and lead a world-class PMO function, defining its strategy, governance, tools, and performance metrics to enable execution excellence across the business.
  • Drive enterprise transformation by aligning program priorities with RedDOT’s strategic growth goals, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Engineering and Sales teams to deliver innovative new products to market on schedule, budget, and at agreed upon performance metrics.
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to deliver ERP and technology-enabled programs that enhance process efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.
  • Champion cultural alignment and change management, ensuring all initiatives reinforce RedDOT’s RISE values: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
  • Develop and deploy program management standard work and metrics for all appropriate projects in the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish governance and portfolio management frameworks that create visibility, prioritization, and consistency across enterprise initiatives.
  • Oversee complex cross-functional programs - including ERP rollouts, new product development, operational excellence projects, and M&A integrations - ensuring risk management, as well as alignment with strategic and financial goals.
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the executive team, improving decision-making, risk mitigation, and long-term planning.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, vendors, and strategic partners to bring best practices, new tools, and innovation into RedDOT’s operations.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how RedDOT executes key growth and transformation initiatives, supporting the company in scaling thoughtfully and effectively.
