Full Time AP/AR Assistant and Office Support
Our growing property management company is looking to fill the position of full-time Bookkeeper and Office Support specialist. We are a local business, in astable industry, and we are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team.
This position will assist with accounts payable/receivable, data entry, records management, backing up phones on a multi-line phone system, and general administrative duties. Strong attention to detail and customer service (phone and in person) are a requirement. Applicant should be strong in both written and verbal skills, capable of working on their own, and as a part of a team. We are looking for someone who is punctual, dependable, professional, yet has a good sense of humor and positive attitude! Ultimately, this person will be able to be trained to fully back up the Business Manager. Property Management and Appfolio experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
Accounts Payable and Receivable experience a must
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, word, and Outlook
Ability to switch and prioritize tasks
Forward thinking and able to understand the full picture
Willingness to take initiative and self-motivate
Professional appearance
Must be willing to undergo background check
