Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain Problem Report (PR) status using Kinetic (ERP)
- Review, interpret, and diagnose PR requests submitted from job sites.
- Communicate with multiple departments within Red Dot to accurately assess and resolve reported issues.
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to reported problems.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely follow-up on all PRs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with commercial metal buildings is recommended.
- Experience with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Bluebeam is preferred
- Undergraduate education in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
