Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including offer negotiations, contract management, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
- Negotiate offers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and transparency throughout the process
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and transaction progress
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth deal closing processes
- Build strong rapport with clients through clear communication, active listening, and exceptional customer service to foster trust and repeat business
Skills
- Proven expertise in negotiation, sales technology adoption, and managing real estate transactions within residential markets
- Strong understanding of the real estate market analysis process and industry trends influencing property values and buyer decisions
