Haley Express Buying Center Coordinator

Haley Express Car Buying Center has quickly grown to become Richmond’s top-rated destination for people to sell their vehicles over the past three and a half years! We are expanding and we need your help to get to the next level! We have a fun, laid back atmosphere, but we pride ourselves in working hard and with producing strong results month in and month out. We need another team member to help us handle the additional inquires we’re receiving every month. All we do is buy cars. It’s that simple. This is not a sales position, and you will never be asked to sell someone a car. We provide people with a quick, easy, hassle-free way to sell their vehicles without having to trade it in to a dealership or go through the pains of selling it to a private party.

Primary Duties of the Buying Center Coordinator:

· Handle inbound inquiries – Answering phone calls, website form submissions, and third-party leads from people who are interested in selling us their vehicle.

· Appointment setting – Convincing interested sellers to visit us for a quick, in-person appraisal.

· Outbound Follow-up – Calling, emailing, and texting prospective sellers in accordance with our current CRM follow-up process.

· Meet and greet customers when they arrive at our facility for an appraisal. This includes checking them in, gathering basic information about their vehicle, and helping facilitate the transaction if they choose to sell us their vehicle.

· Maintain our high customer service and online review standards. We are proud of our 4.9 star Google rating (with over 500 reviews) and have a proven customer service process that allows us to earn such a positive reputation within our community.

· Effectively communicate with and perform all job duties requested by management.

Qualifications:

· Strong Communication Skills (oral and written) –You will be interacting with prospective customers over the phone, through text messages, through email, and in person on a daily basis, so your ability to communicate clearly is imperative. An outgoing personality is a needed to thrive in this position.

· Organizational Skills – must be able to prioritize different tasks.

· Customer Service Skills – this position will be representing Haley Express and interacting with our customers in person, through email/text, and over the phone on a daily basis.

· 1-2 years work experience in Automotive preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

· Computer Skills Required - Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· General knowledge of Automotive vehicles preferred.

· Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
