We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing guest seating, assisting with table service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Assist servers by clearing tables promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that dining areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set up for guests.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items or specials.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed to enhance the guest experience.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with guests professionally.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Capability to assist guests effectively while multitasking during busy periods.
