Red Couch Counseling is seeking licensed therapists who desire to work in a growing supportive private practice environment. Like the idea of setting your own hours and the flexibility to live life as you design? Seeking LMHC, LISW, LMSW, PhD, TLMHC and LMFT. Applies advanced psychosocial advanced theory and methods to individuals as well as families with appropriate advanced evaluative, therapeutic services to assist in meeting the behavioral health needs of clients and their families.

Responsibilities and Duties
Establishes rapport and develops a therapeutic relationship with clients. Provides mental health therapy services. Maintains appropriate professional boundaries. Completes an initial assessment through utilization of proven tools. Obtains bio-psychosocial history information.
Assesses problems appropriately in terms of scope, consequences and needed interventions. Performs a comprehensive assessment to analyze and synthesize the clients status and addresses client needs/strengths, problems, and areas of clinical concern. On an ongoing basis assesses client needs/ strengths, behaviors and progress toward desired outcome.
Maintains an awareness of applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements as they relate to client documentation. Assumes accountability for providing appropriate documentation of all therapy/counseling sessions, significant incident occurrences, phone conversations, etc. consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
LMHC, LISW, LMFT, TLMHC, LMSW, PhD (open to provisionally licensed clinicians)
Masters Degree and 2 years of Post Graduate Experience Preferred'
