Red Couch Counseling is seeking licensed therapists who desire to work in a growing supportive private practice environment. Like the idea of flexibility to live life as you design? Seeking LMHC, LISW, and LMFT. (provisional license considered). Provides services to clients including conducting face to face assessments, establishing diagnoses.. Applies advanced psychosocial advanced theory and methods to individuals as well as families with appropriate advanced evaluative, preventative, therapeutic, restorative and personal care services to assist in meeting the complex needs of clients and their families.

* EXCELLENT PAY. The average pay for full time office based clinicians is higher than the industry average. Providers can expect to earn between $85,000- $120,000 a year as a W2 employee. We have a dedicated in-house marketing team who are laser-focused on helping to support your needs as you establish your caseload.

Responsibilities and Duties

Establishes rapport and develops a therapeutic relationship with clients. Provides therapy services in individual and family sessions. Maintains appropriate professional boundaries. Provides individual, family and/or couples therapy service. Completes an initial assessment through utilization of proven tools. Obtains bio-psychosocial history information. Analysis and evaluation of client situation consistently reflects advanced competency in psychosocial assessment and diagnosis.

Assesses problems appropriately in terms of scope, consequences and needed interventions. Performs a comprehensive assessment to analyze and synthesize the clients status and addresses client needs/strengths, problems, and areas of clinical concern. On an ongoing basis assesses client needs/ strengths, behaviors and progress toward desired outcome.

Maintains an awareness of applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements as they relate to client documentation. Assumes accountability for providing appropriate documentation of all therapy/counseling sessions, significant incident occurrences, phone conversations, etc. consistent with applicable regulatory requirements.
