About the RoleThe Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day office and operational activities to ensure efficient internal workflows and positive client and advisor experiences. This role works closely with multiple internal teams to assist with administrative processes, documentation, coordination, and ongoing support requests.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for internal teams, including assisting with onboarding processes, documentation, and record maintenance
- Coordinate and track routine administrative requests and workflow tasks to ensure timely completion
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, providing clear communication and updates as needed
- Maintain and update records, reports, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with data entry, file management, and document processing
- Support general office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of tasks across teams
- Help identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and support daily operational needs
- Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
