Schedule: Full Time 6pm-6am

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered CO CNA license

Minimum 10th-grade education

Current CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $18-$25

• $2,000 bonus paid: $250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days, $500 paid after 6 months & $1,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus.
