Plant Manager

Summary

This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Red Cedar Gathering Central Treating Facility; ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the facility. This includes overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement in plant reliability and productivity, manage personnel, ensure environmental and regulatory compliance, and align plant performance with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ten years’ experience in natural gas treating or processing.

OR

• an Associate degree and twelve years’ experience in natural gas treating or processing;

OR

• a high school diploma or equivalent and fifteen years’ experience in natural gas treating or processing is required.
• Must have seven years supervisory experience.
