What are the responsibilities and job description for the National Productivity Engineer position at Red Bull North America?
The National Productivity Engineer will drive continuous improvement processes that deliver network efficiencies, cost reductions, and improved service. Maintain positive working relationships and communications with Market Teams, RBDC Support Team, and RBNA contacts. Continuously look for ways to create efficiencies and optimization in all areas of RBDC routes in the market.
- 5 to 7 years' industry related experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the beverage market or similar inventory or warehouse operations environment
- Strong leadership skills to provide mentoring, training, or corrective feedback
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Logistics experienced preferred
- Roadnet/Routing experience preferred
- Travel 20-30%
