We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with industrial maintenance experience and formal electrical trainingto support customers with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines
- Machine installations and setup
- Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams
- Travel locally to customer sites, with 4–6 overnights per month
- 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi experience helpful)
- Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro‑mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel locally and relocate to New Mexico
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- $30–$39/hour DOE, plus incentives — annual performance & salary reviews
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime
