What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor – RV Dealership position at Red 10 RV?
We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers bringing in their RVs for maintenance or repairs. If you have experience in an RV or automotive dealership and enjoy helping people, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Create estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and keep repairs on schedule
- Upsell maintenance and services when appropriate
- Manage repair orders, documentation, and payments
- Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
