The right candidate will possess extensive service writing and possible service management experience in either the automotive or RV industry.
Key Objectives:
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in the Service Department
- Build and maintain a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Porters, and Detailers
- Foster a culture that promotes employee development and retention
- Foster high shop efficiency levels in all areas
- Work with parts, warranty, and sales teams to streamline processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment
