Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Red 1 Realty. The role is primarily located in Buford and surrounding areas in GA, but working from home is acceptable. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, following up with leads, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, staying updated with real estate market trends, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools, such as CRM systems
- Experience in property showings and contract negotiations
- Ability to conduct effective market research and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
- Real estate license is a must
- Real Estate experience or related field is preferred
