We are looking for a Real Estate Broker/Manager to oversee the growth of the brokerage firm while earning exceptional residual income. Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 closed real estate transactions
- Minimum two years experience as a licensed salesperson
- Solid computer skills with knowledge of marketing tools and social media
- Ability to organize priorities and multi-task effectively
- Goal-focused and results-driven is a must
- Clean background check
- A thriving, results-based environment with a road map to a six-figure income
- Residual monthly income from the fees the brokerage firm earns
- A proven, successful system that is easily duplicated
- The three best plans for agents
- Low cap - 100% commission minus only $4,800 annually
- Flat Fee - $75 per month and $750 per transaction
- Rev Share - 80/20 to $12,000 cap. Pays six levels
- Admin team that reviews files, pays agents, manages Quickbooks and completes admin tasks
- One-on-one Mentoring / Training / Coaching from brokers who have recruited hundreds of agents, supervised thousands of transactions & brokered over a Billion dollars in sales
