Role Overview:
Support recruiting operations and onboarding activities by ensuring accurate offer processing, candidate onboarding, HR transaction support, and data management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1–2 years experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or related field
Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft, BrassRing, ServiceNow, ATS, or HRIS platforms
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/data tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities:
Generate offer letters and onboarding documents
Support candidate onboarding and orientation processes
Coordinate with background check and relocation vendors
Process HR transactions including hires, transfers, and terminations
Create purchase orders for relocation expenses
Maintain and track employee/candidate data in HR systems
Support recruiting operations and candidate experience initiatives
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SQL or data visualization/reporting tools
Familiarity with data governance and compliance processes
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
