Title: Recruiting Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Range: $20-23.75/HR
Duration: 4 Months
Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Recruiting Analyst. Will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- The primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our recruiting team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of offer letter generations and candidate pre-employment onboarding requirements – this requires and a high level of data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate offer letters and post candidate on-boarding documents to the portal.
- Provide onboarding and orientation support to new hires
- Work with background and relocation vendors as well as internal customers to facilitate clearing candidates for start
- Create Purchase Orders for relocation expenses
- Perform transaction processing, including employee data changes, new hires, terminations, and transfers
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft, BrassRing, Service Note or other HR systems
- Experience with data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations Ability to utilize HR systems to document and track employee data transactions
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting, or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Technical savviness, with experience in HR systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft) and Service Now
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy
- Familiarity with metrics and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (strongly preferred)
