Recycling Equipment Corporation (REC) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to support our growing service operations. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working with a team that moves quickly and gets things done, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming phone calls and emails for service requests
• Enter customer information into our dispatch system and coordinate scheduling with technicians
• Source, purchase, and coordinate parts for field service technicians
• Work closely with team members to ensure fast, accurate, and professional customer response
• Assist with quoting and follow-up work through completion (strong follow-through is important)
• Coordinate with accounting to support accurate and timely billing
What We’re Looking For
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry, internet research)
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and team coordination)
• Detail-oriented with reliable follow-through
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience with accounting software and/or CRM systems
• Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical components
• Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or equipment support
