In this role, youll balance cost, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with finance and operations teams to keep everything running seamlessly.
What Youll Do
- Coordinate daily purchasing activities following established policies and procedures.
- Source suppliers and evaluate based on price, availability, and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor expenditures and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Partner with the finance team on contracts, invoicing, and related matters.
- Adapt to changing needs and provide timely solutions to ensure operational success.
What Were Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: 3 years of purchasing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with general accounting software (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
