Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base; Average expected first-year income is $215k with NO salary cap and limitless potential and opportunity for more sales!

Our client is a retirement-focused independent wealth management firm offering a rare opportunity: a steady flow of qualified prospects generated through proven marketing and educational seminar systems. The firm invests a lot of money per advisor per year in marketing, providing advisors with a consistent stream of motivated, financially prepared leads.
They’re looking for a seasoned Advisor with a track record of converting leads into clients and bringing new assets under management (AUM). If you’re a relationship builder who knows how to close business and deliver exceptional client experiences, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified, warm leads provided through the firm’s marketing and seminar system — no cold calling required.
- Guide prospects through a structured discovery and financial planning process.
- Present educational retirement seminars every 3–5 weeks to groups of 20–40 attendees.
- Convert engaged prospects into loyal clients by demonstrating trust, value, and planning expertise.
- Explain portfolios, annuities, and insurance products clearly and confidently.
- Use Morningstar and other financial tools to analyze client holdings and present recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all client meetings and planning activities.
Training & Expectations:
- Interim training period (~2-3 months) to master internal processes and seminar delivery.
- Learn the firm’s proven discovery process, documentation standards, and seminar delivery approach.
- Bonus and commission eligibility begin after successful completion of training and demonstration of consistent production.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record of bringing on new clients or assets through seminars, lead systems, or direct business development.
- 3–7 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or retirement planning.
- Deep understanding of retirement income strategies, tax implications, and holistic planning conversations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills — able to connect with both individuals and groups.
- Licensed with FINRA Series 65 or Series 66 and Health & Life Insurance (required).
- Familiarity with MoneyGuidePro and Morningstar preferred.
