Specializing in insurance defense since 1995, Client handles a diverse range of complex cases, including auto negligence, construction defects, premise liability, and commercial liability. With a dedicated team of over 20 attorneys across our Greenville, Mount Pleasant and Charleston offices, we are deeply committed to servicing our clients efficiently and effectively.

We are currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal for a full-time, on-site position at our Greenville, SC office.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage litigation files seamlessly from initial inception through to closing.
• Legal Drafting: Prepare legal correspondence, subpoenas, and formal discovery responses.
• Medical Analysis: Draft comprehensive medical chronologies and detailed medical summaries.
• Trial Preparation: Create concise deposition summaries, motions, and orders.
• E-Filing: Electronically file legal documents within state and federal court systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure proactive, efficient case progression.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience specifically within insurance defense litigation.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Core Skills: Strong organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
