Salary: $80,000 – $120,000
About the Role
Seeking experienced VDC Technicians to support plumbing, piping, or HVAC/sheet metal projects through BIM/VDC modeling, coordination, and construction documentation. This role is responsible for developing accurate 3D models, producing construction-ready drawings, and coordinating with project teams to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain 3D Revit models for plumbing, piping, or HVAC systems.
- Develop coordination, fabrication, installation drawings, P&IDs, and ISO drawings.
- Perform clash detection and system coordination using Navisworks, Revizto, BIM Track, and related tools.
- Participate in QA/QC reviews, coordination meetings, and occasional site walk-downs.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure designs meet client and company BIM standards.
Requirements
- 10 years of MEP construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years working for a mechanical contractor.
- Revit experience: 10 years
- Plumbing/piping/sheet metal experience
- Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, BIM Track, and BIM workflows.
- Strong understanding of building systems, P&IDs, construction drawings, and applicable codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
