Looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting staff recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR relations, and employee engagement.
Must have at least 2 years of Human Resources related experience including recruiting or hiring!!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of all HR functions and duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, handling routine inquiries, and assisting with performance management documentation
- Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews
- Maintain accurate electronic/paper employee records, updating HR databases, and processing employment paperwork
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
- Investigate and resolve employee requests regarding human resources issues and concerns
- Coordinate, communicate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Conduct support staff interviews
- Complete reference checks
- Ensure processing of timely performance appraisals are completed for all support staff
- Use various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Supervisor
- Maintain a positive, open, and supporting relationship with all management and staff
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- A minimum of two years of human resources experience, required
- Most possess strong administrative and clerical skills
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must be able to handle sensitive information and tasks discreetly
Salary : $23 - $25
