This role combines traditional executive assistance with cutting-edge AI operations, making it ideal for professionals who excel at task management, research, and communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar Management: Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
Email Support: Draft, proofread, and manage executive email communications.
Research: Perform research and deliver concise reports and recommendations.
Organization: Maintain documents, spreadsheets, and knowledge databases.
Project Tracking: Monitor tasks and ensure timely completion.
Presentation Support: Create agendas, summaries, and executive briefings.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel and logistics when required.
Operational Support: Handle data entry and QA tasks with accuracy.
AI Evaluation: Review AI outputs, document observations, and follow structured processes.
Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion.
2 years in Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting executives, founders, or consultants
High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Slack, Zoom, Airtable, Asana, ClickUp
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability
Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
Experience supporting C-level executives or startup founders
Background in consulting, operations, or project management
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, or workflow automation
Previous experience with globally distributed teams
Contribute to the development of frontier AI systems
Collaborate with a world-class AI research organization
Gain exposure to AI workflows, operations, and research processes
Work on high-impact projects shaping the future of AI
Independent contractor engagement
