Automotive Journeyman Technician — Surrey, BC

Compensation: $36.00–$40.00/hour performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections using Video Multipoint Inspections (MPI)

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using diagnostic tools

• Complete repairs and maintenance to manufacturer standards

• Accurately document findings and recommended repairs

• Communicate repair status clearly with Service Advisors

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Performance Expectations

• Strong productivity and efficiency (hours billed / vehicles serviced)

• Low comeback rate and high repair quality

• Timely diagnosis and repair completion

• Ongoing training and certification development

• High customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Red Seal Automotive Technician certification

• Valid driver’s license

• 1–2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Compensation Details

• $36.00–$40.00 per hour based on experience

• Performance bonuses paid bi-weekly

• Hourly production tracked and reset each pay period
