What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Finance and Accounting position at Recruiting Resources, Inc.?
We’re partnering confidentially on a Director of Finance search reporting directly to the CFO.
This leader will own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis—driving strategic decision-making and strengthening overall financial operations. The role plays a key part in maximizing performance, improving processes, and supporting continued growth.
Highlights:
• Lead company-wide budgeting & forecasting
• Build and refine financial models, dashboards & KPIs
• Enhance internal controls & drive automation initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with department leaders
• Manage and develop a team of 2 Finance Managers
Ideal background:
• 10 years in FP&A or related finance leadership
• Strong modeling and systems expertise (Excel, ERP, BI tools)
• Experience in real estate strongly preferred (Yardi a plus)
• Exposure to cash/treasury management and process automation
