Are you a detail-driven accounting professional ready to take ownership of a dynamic, high-impact portfolio? We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead financial operations, collaborate with global teams, and drive accuracy across a growing and complex property portfolio.
This is more than a reporting role—you’ll be a key partner in financial strategy, process improvement, and team leadership.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Oversee financial reporting for a portfolio of 20 properties, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore/outsourced accounting partners
- Lead the monthly close process, delivering high-quality financials on tight deadlines
- Review financial statements, audit schedules, and tax reporting to maintain compliance and integrity
- Partner with Property Managers to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow accuracy
- Oversee AP processes, invoice validation, and reserve/reimbursement activities
- Participate in quarterly financial reviews, offering insights and driving performance improvements
- Support budgeting, audits, and annual reporting requirements
- Mentor team members and assist in onboarding and training
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6–9 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
- CPA (or on track) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
