Job description:
Complete costing analysis for daily production.
Complete Weekly Cost Tracking, Consolidated Month End, and various other reports.
Accounting /Supplier Management is responsible for the accounts payable activities and ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable. The Accounting supports full cycle accounts payable and handles supplier communications and relations. The Accounting also assists with audits and other activities when necessary.
Accounts Payable
Supplier Setups and Maintenance.
Supplier Invoice Verification, Reconciliation, and Processing.
Supplier Communications.
Audit
Assist with year end audit and quarterly review requests.
Supplier Price Audit
Qualifications:
College degrees preferred.
Experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing,
Knowledge in how to prepare an analysis.
Experience in auditing and performing periodic data reviews.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills for dealing with vendors.
Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
