We’re partnering with a highly respected healthcare foundation in Orange County that is committed to excellence, community impact, and innovation. They are seeking a Manager of Foundation Finance to play a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission.
About the Role
$50-60/hour
As the Manager of Foundation Finance, you’ll work closely with the Directors of Accounting and Finance to oversee and manage key financial programs. This includes:
- Complex journal entry support, account analysis, and reconciliations
- Interim financial statements and board reporting
- Financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and fund transfers
- Supporting audits and internal controls
- Helping to design and document new processes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (CPA preferred)
- 7 years of accounting and financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Advanced Excel and strong general ledger systems experience
- Knowledge of nonprofit/fund accounting a strong plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
