The Coordinator, Retail Projects supports the VP of Retail and Director of Retail Operations in driving key initiatives across the retail organization. This role coordinates cross-functional projects, manages store communications, and supports high-impact retail events & activations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & track retail projects and initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner closely with retail leadership to plan and execute key initiatives, including store openings and strategic programs.
- Support the execution of high-profile events such as NYFW activations, VIC events and boutique experiences.
- Own and manage store communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and delivered effectively to the field.
- Develop and distribute weekly updates, event recaps, and field-facing materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including marketing, VM, retail leadership, and operations to bring projects to life.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives.
- Support planning and logistics for retail meetings, events, and leadership touchpoints.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance communication and execution across the retail network.
