Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 Bonus Equity

What You Will Do

• Work directly with leading AI labs to design and build datasets for advanced AI systems
• Manage and coordinate teams of domain experts (finance, engineering, legal, etc.)
• Develop and execute sales materials, data samples, and project proposals
• Support high-impact strategic initiatives across product, operations, and growth
• Drive projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution
• Contribute to building internal systems and workflows that scale data production
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and responsibility

Ideal Candidate Background

• 0–1 years of experience (exceptional new grads strongly encouraged)
• Background in high-performance environments (IB, PE, consulting, quant, startups, or top internships)
• Strong academic background (top-tier university, preferably STEM)
• Demonstrated leadership experience (founder, club leadership, or similar)
• Highly driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco

Preferred

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT) or basic coding ability
• Prior exposure to startups or founding experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in AI, data infrastructure, or emerging technologies
• Experience managing projects or leading teams

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $110,000
