Salary: $170,000 – $350,000 base benefits

What You Will Do

• Contribute across the full stack, building both backend and frontend features.

• Conduct user interviews and translate insights into product direction.

• Prototype and iterate on new product features, from rough ideas to production-ready code.

• Collaborate with design, research, and product teams to deliver seamless experiences.

• Ship code across diverse interfaces (web, CLI, IDE, etc.).

• Exercise judgment on technical tradeoffs and product priorities in ambiguous environments.

Ideal Candidate Background

• A builder at heart who thrives in fast-paced, 0–1 product environments.

• Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in React/TypeScript and Python.

• Motivated by solving real problems for real users, with excellent product intuition.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and independently driving initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Entrepreneurial mindset — prior experience as a founder, early employee, or with ownership of major product initiatives is highly valued.

Preferred

• Experience at high-bar engineering cultures (e.g., developer tool companies, AI-first startups, or research labs).

• Contributions to open-source or impactful side projects.

• Prior exposure to user research, prototyping, and rapid iteration.

• Academic or applied research background in CS, AI, or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $170,000–$350,000, based on experience and impact.
