Our client is building an AI-powered operating system for home healthcare organizations, designed to eliminate administrative burden for clinicians and dramatically reduce time spent on documentation.
Their platform is already deployed across thousands of clinicians and powers millions of patient visits, helping healthcare agencies streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency at scale.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling HealthTech AI startup as the founding product hire, directly shaping product direction in a mission-critical, real-world environment where outcomes directly impact patient care and clinician workload.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end product discovery, from customer conversations to shipped solutions
- Spend significant time with clinicians and agency operators to deeply understand workflows
- Translate real-world healthcare problems into clear product requirements and specs
- Partner closely with engineering to ship AI-powered workflow automation tools
- Define product strategy for AI-assisted clinical documentation (e.g., OASIS workflows)
- Prioritize and sequence roadmap based on customer impact and operational efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams
- Define success metrics and iterate based on real-world usage data
- Drive product execution in a highly hands-on, early-stage environment
- Act as the bridge between clinicians and technical teams in an AI-driven product stack
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 years of product management experience
- Experience at early-stage or high-growth VC-backed startups strongly preferred
- Hands-on technical background (CS degree or prior engineering experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working on workflow-heavy or operational SaaS products
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered products or systems (strong plus)
- Experience in healthcare or HealthTech (preferred but not required)
- Strong product discovery skills with direct customer interaction experience
- Experience writing clear product specs and working closely with engineering teams
Preferred / Strong Signals
- First PM or early PM hire at a startup
- Experience building AI-enabled workflow automation products
- Background in clinician-facing or enterprise operational tools
- Strong UX intuition and ability to work with design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Experience in structured, high-frequency customer feedback environments
- Prior experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or workflow automation
