Backed by leading venture investors and executives from top gaming companies, this startup is gearing up for launch and looking to define the future of the collectibles market. The company has raised over $2M in funding and is on track to raise its Series A within the coming months.
This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor as the first dedicated Growth hire. You’ll be working directly with the founding team in Union Square, New York, with the chance to shape how the company acquires and retains its customers in a fast-scaling environment.

What You Will Do
- Lead paid social acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), owning strategy, execution, and ROI optimization.
- Build and manage influencer and partnership programs end-to-end.
- Design and oversee CRM strategy (HubSpot), including automation, segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Run experiments across the customer funnel to drive both acquisition and retention.
- Create and manage dashboards to deliver data-driven insights to the leadership team.
- Collaborate closely with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- 2 years of professional experience in growth, marketing, or strategy.
- Strong foundation in analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Prior experience in a B2C startup growth role or top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Hands-on experience with paid social campaigns and/or influencer partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy startup environment.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools.
- CRM platform experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling growth functions at an early-stage company.
- Base salary of $140K - $150K.
- Meaningful early-stage equity with significant upside as the company scales.
- Full-time, on-site role in New York, NY (Union Square).
- Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 available for out-of-state candidates.
- Opportunity to join a well-funded consumer startup ahead of its Series A raise, with direct exposure to founders and investors.
