What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end client research projects, from understanding needs to delivering high-quality expert matches
- Identify, recruit, and engage subject matter experts through internal networks and external sourcing channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience
- Coordinate and schedule expert interviews, tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor project performance and incorporate feedback to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve workflows and platform experience
- Handle a high volume of interactions daily (10–20 conversations with clients and experts)
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0–4 years of professional experience (open to new graduates)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client-facing, sales, consulting, or customer success roles (internships or full-time)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Interest in startups and high-growth environments
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
