What You Will Do
Own executive-level customer relationships across PE-backed portfolio companies
Lead AI platform deployment and transformation initiatives
Manage complex multi-stakeholder technology rollouts
Drive implementation strategy across 10–100 customer locations
Build and refine deployment playbooks for enterprise AI adoption
Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer success
Deliver executive-facing status updates, ROI reviews, and strategic recommendations
Lead customer onboarding and expansion initiatives
Create training materials, best practices, and enablement frameworks
Partner closely with engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements
Influence the product roadmap through customer insights
Support AI adoption initiatives across enterprise organizations
Operate in highly customer-facing environments with executive stakeholders
Drive proactive customer engagement and operational scaling initiatives
Work directly with leadership in a fast-moving startup environment
Help define the AI transformation function as the company scales
Ideal Candidate Background
3–5 years of tech implementation consulting experience
Experience at Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, or similar consulting firms
Strong enterprise technology implementation experience
Experience managing complex client-facing deployments
Strong executive communication skills
Program and project management experience
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or executives
Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
Strong operational and organizational skills
Experience working in fast-paced environments
