What You Will Do
- Own key operational functions across recruiting, events, compliance, and internal systems
- Design and execute high-quality events for recruiting, customers, and strategic partners
- Build and optimize candidate work trial processes
- Establish operational systems and internal processes from scratch
- Manage compliance workflows and documentation
- Oversee operational details that shape company perception and culture
- Coordinate office logistics and internal operational infrastructure
- Build scalable systems that reduce overhead for the broader team
- Partner directly with leadership on strategic operational initiatives
- Help shape company culture during its earliest stages
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–7 years of experience in business operations, people ops, GTM ops, recruiting ops, or event operations
- Experience at a VC-backed startup (<1000 employees)
- Strong operational rigor and process-building ability
- Experience owning logistics-heavy projects
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong bias toward action and execution
- High ownership mindset
Preferred Experience
- Built operational systems from scratch
- Experience with payroll, compliance, or visa administration
- Organized high-touch executive/customer/community events
- Worked closely with founders or executive leadership
- Startup generalist experience across multiple operational functions
- Experience using AI/LLM tools in workflows
