What You Will Do
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership to execute company-wide strategic priorities and ensure alignment across all teams.
- Operational Excellence: Design, optimize, and implement business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional performance.
- Leadership & Coordination: Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop insights and recommendations using analytical tools and reporting frameworks to guide business strategy.
- Performance Tracking: Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against company goals and communicate outcomes to executives.
- Special Projects: Lead mission-critical projects that impact growth, operational readiness, and organizational structure.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or similar high-performance environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and writing skills — able to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

- Background in operational strategy, process improvement, or cross-functional project management.
- Military leadership or operational experience is a plus, but not required.
