POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using a forklift to load and unload trailers
- Move automotive parts from the warehouse to the assembly line
- Use RF scanning equipment to verify inventory information
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines associated with using a forklift
- Complete equipment inspection checklist
- This job is performed in a busy warehouse environment with high forklift traffic. Warehouses are subject to seasonal temperatures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred.
- 2 years of Forklift Operator experience is required. Prefer sit-down experience.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Steel-toed shoes are required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Able to lift 70lbs continuously.
Schedule/ Shift:
- A Shift
- Monday-Thursday - 5:30AM to 5:00PM overtime is worked on Sunday
- B Shift
- Tuesday-Friday - 5:30PM to 5:00AM overtime is worked on Saturday.
- C Shift
- Friday/Saturday 5:30AM to 5:00PM AND Sunday/Monday 5:30PM to 5:00AM
Location: Kansas City, MO (Claycomo)
Travel Requirements: NONE
Over Time: Overtime is worked on a regular basis for A and B Shifts
