Responsibilities
Property Management
- Manage day-to-day operations, tenant communication, service requests, and lease administration
- Review new leases and renewals in Yardi
- Lead vendor communication, negotiate contracts, and oversee project management
- Track project costs and budgets, complete construction draws, and assist with funding requests
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely, on-budget completion
- Support improvement and implementation of property management processes
Accounting & Financials
- Assist with monthly financial reporting packages
- Prepare monthly accruals and handle A/P processing
- Lead annual budgeting and CAM reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis and support audits or special financial projects
- Ensure data accuracy in all property management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 6 years in property management or real estate accounting preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accrual accounting
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Proficient in Excel and accounting systems
