Family Law Attorneys (Associate & Senior / Partner Track)
Hybrid | New Jersey (3 Days In-Office / 2 Remote)
We’re working with a growing, well-established family law firm seeking attorneys at the Associate and Senior levels. Join a collaborative team with a strong pipeline of cases, meaningful work, and clear long-term growth.
Associate (2 Years)
Comp: $80K – $140K bonus
- Manage 20–30 family law cases
- Handle divorce litigation, including trials
- Work closely with senior attorneys
Senior / Partner Track (7 Years)
Comp: $140K – $175K bonus partnership upside
- Manage 30–40 cases independently
- Lead divorce trials and complex matters
- Mentor junior attorneys
Requirements
- NJ Bar admitted, in good standing
- Strong family law and trial experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills
