The client is looking for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of being the trusted extension of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, communications, and daily workflow
- Serve as the primary point of contact and “face” of the Office of the CEO
- Own complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
- Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO's time is protected and used effectively
- Prepare communications, drafts, briefs, and follow-ups with exceptional writing quality
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, logistics, and itineraries
- Support investor relations (IR) meetings, prep materials, and follow-up
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level leader
- Strong executive presence, polished, confident, and reliable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Suite, and modern productivity tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Mature, resourceful, proactive, and able to operate with urgency
- A positive, engaging personality and the ability to represent the CEO professionally
