We are seeking a Client Partner to lead sales growth, strategic partnerships, and CXO-level relationships with leading Media & Publishing clients in North America.
In this role, you will own revenue growth, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure superior customer experience, supported by a team of practice managers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will combine business acumen with domain and technology expertise to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage executive-level client relationships across Media & Publishing accounts.
- Build trusted partnerships by understanding client priorities, culture, and business goals.
- Position our firm as a strategic IT and digital transformation partner within client ecosystems.
- Own account P&L and provide leadership for large-scale delivery engagements.
- Map client needs to our capabilities in digital publishing, cloud, AI/analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
- Expand business relationships with top-tier Media & Publishing brands.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving growth ($10M ) with large Media, Entertainment, or Publishing clients.
- Strong experience in building strategic partnerships within the Media & Publishing ecosystem.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on mining/farming accounts, relationship building, and providing innovative solutions.
- Working knowledge of Publishing Tech, AdTech, Digital Content Platforms, OTT, Cloud, or Data/Analytics.
- Executive presence and credibility with the ability to engage and influence C-level leaders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client management skills.
- Experience working in a global services delivery model.
