What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Recruiter?
Kotarides Property Management is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Landscape Laborer for our rapidly growing company. The Landscape Laborer will assist in the landscape needs for apartment communities, commercial properties, and new construction.
Qualifications:
- Must have a desire to learn the landscape trade and excel in the work to be performed.
- Landscape maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn from supervisors and apply logical thinking to define and solve problems.
- Position requires ability to perform physical all day including heavy lifting.
- Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies (ex: snow removal).
- May be required to perform work onsite with jobs outside a landscape scope of work.
- Out of state, overnight travel occasionally.
- Must be able to travel to any property on a day-to-day basis.
- Driver's License/ dependable transportation required
